Wahhhhh. Yes, that is me, actually crying! I really want to start a social media recruiting bonanza at my company. I am already utilizing Twitter and LinkedIn in my grassroots recruiting initiatives, but posting recruitment videos on YouTube would be taking our talent acquisition to an entirely new level!!!!

Going to try to pitch this to the Marketing department asap.
