Nice little article about 3 crucial interview questions every recruiter/hiring manager should ask. I really appreciate the sequence in which the questions are asked as I tend to do the same thing when interviewing. I may not have interviewed thousands of people in my career, but I’m definitely in the “high hundreds” club.
I also appreciate the call out to speaking with employees that your candidate has recruited or mentored (brought into the company) in their most recent job role. It really will help you gauge how successful, proactive and productive a leader this candidate may be in your organization.
